Possible ban or restriction on Pillion Riding???

ban pillion cos of high death in RTA involving bikes with pillion? like that car ban also... cos think abt it...

 

-1 bike RTA MAX out 2 death...

-1 car RTA MAX out 5 death...

-1 taxi RTA MAX out 6 death, plus the occasional guy/gal knocked down by taxis...

 

so if bike ban, car ban also... think maybe say restrict:

 

-P-plate bikers to 6 mths before being able to pillion...

-p-plate drivers to 6 mths of max only 1 passanger...

 

change:

-taxis to have electric engine or petrol engine, so that they cannot speed or think of rising petrol prices then dun speed...

-charge taxis twice the price of petrol thus forcing them to drive slower and not wack their car in order to save $$...

-before anyone says ,"Got emergency how?"... Call 995 for emergencies... if u rushing cos u are late for appointment/exams (not life and death), call special taxi which can drive max at 100km/h... or call friends to drive then pay fren...

 

singapore roads will be better without speeding dangerous taxis... not saying all taxis bad... but majority bad... still got the rare good ones... all the bove mentioned are juz suggestions... hope ppl dun get offended...
