Bike traded in, but still receiving summons from HDB

My friend traded in his bike in ard March-April period. But he has received summons from HDB during May period, and the recent 1 even in June..

 

Anyone has similiar experiences?

Yep, it happen to me.

 

I just called the number indicated in the letter and tell them that I am no longer the owner of the said bike since when and if they need proof, I can fax them the letter by LTA.

 

I have not received a reminder letter or whatsoever since as I did not even pay the fine

i kena the same thing... brought the ticket/s back to the shop i traded in... they settled for me... main thing u need to bring the receipt that the shop issued you after u trade in... the shop i dealed with was new southern motors... not too bad... they settled for me without making any noise...
