*Sebelum mkn ubat kena lah isi makan dlm perut dulu kalau tidak nanti awak pening... nanti in yr body cuma ada UBAT=drug lagi tak baik di buatnya...bila sakit kan tak ada energy that y u need to eat food before u eat yr UBAT*
