maybe you can do as what Sarge say

 

normally IO will ask you to draw out a diagram and if u can still remember, please state those distances in metre....like 0.5 metre or sumthing like that....IO wants exact details, believe me....

 

meantime, by rite, u shud be doing the police report at the hospital.....but now, seems like u gotta do that at some NPC, pun bole jugak.....

 

i believed your bike has been sent to IDAC...make sure you say you wanna cliam against the other party.....(kengkadang they juz classify as damage assessment, not claim third party)

 

pastu, after sending ur bike to bikeshop, make sure u get them to file a claim against the other party....

Was on my way to Al-Ameen Woodlands, travelling along the Esso stretch. Road situ two lanes je kan. Got this red car on the right lane, I was on the left. Last minute dia suddenly turned into Esso. Mula2 si dektu cakap private settlement skali dia bual ngan sape entah. Dia cakap nak buat police case pulak. Tapi aku ada dua witnesses. Uncle bawak lexus blakang aku who saw the whole thing and this couple who was rufuelling kat Esso.

 

I haven't made police report yet. I.O called aku suruh aku datang TP HQ Tuesday.

Skarang ni..aku boleh suruh HKL(bought my bike there) anuh repairs dulu n stuff tak? Do I have to bear the charges? I mean TP still investigating the case tapi motor dah leh amik balik. But then aku lum buat report ke ape. What happens now? After I meet the I.O buat report..ape jadi lepas tu?

 

Then byk org recommended lawyers. Aku kene byr ke tak ni..aku takde duit..aku baru NSF seh.

ChipMUNG>> before awk anta to werkshop, awk anta to IDAC for assessment on e damages.. n den bila da inspect, e assessment report awk bawak gi HKL awk tu, wit ur bike, aru la anta repair skali.. n den tell em awk nk claim from e other parrty's insurance policy..

most of e time ur werkshop will engage lawyer, n dun worry, if u;re not at fault, e Lawyer's fee will be claimed from the other party.. don worry, dats e protocol in Singapore..
