The current MotoGP guys slide, but they do not ride like him. He came from Speedway so sliding is his nature, unlike the rest.

the current MotoGP riders are much more technical rider, not as adventurous as those legends :sweat:

pasal jari kaki aku dislocated...and besok kene gi hospital...

nak slot balik ke tempat asal and then cement.. :giddy:

 

tapi tu bangla cuti dari minggu lepas pasal raya cina lom datang kerja siak.. :help:

siapa nak tolong bancuh cement huh?

Bro, to answer your question:

 

IMHO, powersliding do not make you faster through the bend.

 

But look carefully where those great riders slide; it's towards the exit of the bend.

 

Therefore they are maintaining a very high RPM and by the time the tires grip back RPM is high enough for a quick upshift. So the bike reaches top end faster on the straights.

 

The current MotoGP stars who uses this are Nicky Hayden and Rossi. :cheer:
