Good late afternoon MR !!

 

ada yg dah nak balik keje kan .... hati2 bila pulang ... biar selamat sampai di rumah ..

 

Me baru balik airport ... fetch orang balik oberseas ....

 

Ni malam kene keje lagi .. tapi later gi meeting.

 

so tonite me nak resign within 24hrs .. coz besok started a new job .. higher prospects. better life .. (harap2 tak yah 36hrs lagi :cheer: )

 

Nak tanya sikit ni .. is there any liquidated damages if i were to do that ?

P/s : I got feelings that "born in the Year of the horse" luck is coming these days.

tak silap kalau resign 24hrs gaji affected kan...slalunye 1 mth notis arr..or at least 2 weeks... ni untuk dorang carik replacement..tapi kalau kau resign 24jam...kirakan dorang tolak arr duit gaji kau..silap2 tak dpt gaji untuk bulan ni...

baik ko chk ngan policy kompeni kao..pasal lain org lain cara....

just that pay wise ?

 

aku gaji half month ....... then between 1st and 2nd month... aku ada advance ....

overtime aku they pay cash .... so... i think i dont lose out so much .... less than $100 i guessed ?

 

so put aside pay issue .. other than that.. takde pape kan ? :pray:

sebenaukan...pada mendapat kita..air kurus badan ni semua tak exist arr... air yg terbaik adalah plain water yg harus diminum kurang2 8 gelas setiap hari untuk mumbuang toxin2 dah gula berlebihan di badan kita yg akan bertukar menjadi lemak sana sini....(stored energy)

 

amalkan gaya hidup sihat seperti bersenam 15min sehari kurang2 3 kali seminggu dan amalkan makanan seimbang... makan 2 potong buah atau sayuran setiap meal untuk fibre supaya bole berak dan buang apa2 bende yg tak perlu... elakkan makan setelah 8 malam kerana badan kita perlukan kurang2nya 3 jam untuk hadam (digest) jadi kalau lom digest dah tido nanti perut jadi kembung .... kurangkan carbo seperti nasi dan red meat seperti lembu kerna kandungan lemak yg tinggi...

 

tapi kalau dah buat ni semua, dan berat badan tak turun2, makna nya awak ada heavy bone structure arr..takleh salahkan sesapa... berat tak berat yg penting sihat...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

nasihat ini ditaja khas oleh hijrah kindergaten..not only smart but talented......cawangan baru di woodlands dan punggol...

 

just to share ajer pasal kita pon tengah melalui episod ni dalam hidup kita...
