nasihat ini ditaja khas oleh hijrah kindergaten..not only smart but talented......cawangan baru di woodlands dan punggol...

 

just to share ajer pasal kita pon tengah melalui episod ni dalam hidup kita...

minum plain water memang bagus untuk kurang kan berat badan....

senaman mesti dilakukan 20min hingga 30mins(bukan 15min).

makanan yg tinggi dgn carbo mesti di kurangkan,tetapi red meat tu bagus,high in protein,to replace the fats in our body.however bagi aku makan tetap makan.kalau dah byk makan mesti mau xcercise,tak mau mendak...:cheeky:

Nak ensure yang lu dah betol peh senam secara efektif, tgk aje bila lu berak. Kalau lobang dubur (atau mat salleh cakap, lobang jubo) lu macam rasa 'oily' dan taik lu keluar semua cair, maknanya lu peh lemak sua dibakar secara efektif. Tapi jgn nak lek baca buku or magazine lama lama tau. Taik cair ni dorang kan cepat kering? Nanti lu flush flush lu ingat dia nak hilang? Lambat lah. Tu hose jugak jawab dia.

 

Anyways, how's your Monday guys? Pretty good? I'm sure you guys had a really hectic day today, same as yours truly. Well, it's gonna be a short week though for this one. Just remember, if people are saying why you could look so far ahead of em all (to the extent of being ridiculously unacceptable sometimes), just tell em that all along you've been standing on the shoulders of giants, that's why!

sewa basikal pastu cycle 30 mins

pastu jogging 30 mins

pastu gi satu apartment block kat Marine parade (yg 20 tingkat), naik turun lima kali
