Vespa LX150 for sale - low mileage of 11,564 km

Selling a Vespa LX150 for $2,500.

 

Will be arranging for the Vespa to be put at a bike shop for viewing and sale.

 

Mileage of the Vespa now is 11,564 .. yes, original mileage. Reason for selling because the lady owner now hardly rides; had been driving and hence decided to sell. Bike had been serviced in the past by Wonderful Motor Botak. COE expires in 2016.

 

Slight scratches on side because of drop by previous owner (i.e. even before present owner).

 

Can SMS me at 96969108 and I will let you know as soon as the Vespa had been sent to the shop for the sale so that you can view.

Dear all,

 

To those who SMSed me, I try to reply, but to forestall future SMSs here is some responses I gave:

 

a. The Vespa will be sent to bike shop because the owner does not want the hassle of dealing with many people viewing.

 

b. The Vespa is not under any COI.

 

c. Payment will be in cash at the bike shop. Transfer will be done by the bike shop.

 

d. I will inform all through here when the Vespa has been delivered. No pre-viewing because it would not be fair to the other interested buyers and also because this is precisely what the owner wants to avoid by sending to a shop to handle the viewings.

 

e. The bike hasn't been ridden for the last year, so the owner cannot say whether how the bike is. But it had been serviced by Botak previously and was working when it was last ridden. Since then it had been parked in a covered car-park.

Dear all,

 

I have been getting many SMSs with people asking whether they can deal immediately, offers of price increases to deal immediately etc.

 

While the keen overwhelming interest and response are appreciated, the owner is arranging for the scooter to be delivered to the shop to fix it up to running state and until that happens the scooter is not on sale or for viewing. I will post up a note at this advertisement that the scooter is at the shop and running and ready for sale. In all likelihood it will be middle of next week or so to give the shop time to get it running.

 

To those that had SMS me so far (i.e. as of Sunday, 26.1.2014 at 11.05 a.m.) I will text you after I post the updated ad. I cannot handle replying to all queries via SMSs so please check with this ad. I will not respond to any SMS after this.

Just an update .. apparently the mechanic had not yet got the scooter running and owner is travelling for CNY so sale deferred to after CNY.

 

Sorry for the let down I just got news. Will update when scooter is running and owner is back in town.
