a little help??

guys.. i need some help/advice..

 

i paid a downpayment for a 2nd hand bike fm a shop at alexandra rd.. a krr to be exact..

 

but i bought it exactly 1 month ago and that bike is still not with me..

 

reason: spraying..

 

but i doubt it takes this long.. the salesman also like try to avoid me on the fone.. im really pissed off and annoyed..

 

is there anything i can do to have my downpayment back..?? or do i have to continue waiting..??

Well, you can drop by the shop to check out on your bike and speak to the staff in person rather than over the phone. Since it is already a month since you paid the downpayment, have you paid the installment for that month? If you haven't then don't. Also ensure that when you receive your bike, check on the condish of both the exterior and, importantly, the engine. Wouldn't wanna let them rip you off.
