my favourite stay,New Leaf resort.700baht per nite...if lucky can get 600baht...aircon,cable tv,hot shower,swimming pools..roomstay ala chalet.bike can park at the lobby.very safe.they close the gate at night.

the beach is just at the back.internet cafe and bike renthal is just 2mins walk.shopping and groceries store 5mins walk.its at Lamai Beach.best place to stay in samui,Lamai and Chaweang beach.

You can rent a bike,and enjoy the beach as well.

The best way for negotiation when you have a failed arguements with the MHA...:thumb: she will go begging you to come home and even will withdraw the battle that she'd won...but the downside is,the withdrawal only last 1 week,and she goes back her usual self..sigh...

On the TDM,me,MHA and bike.

Personally i like koh samui island very much,driven up 3 times and ride up 3 times as well.....like the feeling that my vehicle is in the ferry being transported to another island and the adventure is awaiting for me on the other end,there is nights spots there,the famous big buddlha,chaweng beach,iand i like staying at nathon,near jetty....u will neber get lost in samui,it goes round and round and eventually comes back to where u have started,there's a tesco there,and inside tesco there's a cinema offering both thai and eng laterest hits.and i just love to watch thai movies there. Stayed at impiana resorts once.inside the resorts u can choose to stay in delux rooms or suites priced between 2500 b to 5000 b per nites.:thumb: they have a supreme sea facing view,their daily breadfast is just near the beach,eating and drinking facing the sea feels like throwing all ur singapore's burden thoughts right into the open seas....hmmmmm.....oh ya,and riding back one way to the jetty come across a restraunt which the waiter and waitress holds a cardboard writing"ARE U HUNGRY'"?:angel: haha quite interesting and amusing right?just as i wanted to make my way there,i notice that beside the restraunt there's a another one which is fully packed with customers,while the one holding the card board does not have ANY!!!

as a typical singporean i finally give in to the one which is fully packed and waited half an hour for my fried rice with egg...hehe,wat to do...kia see mah!!!!:cheeky:

I would do the same thing as you. I more kia see, travel to a far away places and eat lousy food, not my cup of tea.
