today while riding my frd got accident . sianz he just riding less then 50 km/h kanna hit by van :cry:

was caught by the suddenly heavy down pour while ride back home.. got to stop at the bustop to prevent frm getting drenched but already wet so no point still stop.. coz the rain was so heavy n windy at times.. stranded at the bustop for almost 1/2 an hour :sweat:

I ride till got headache. Cos my previous helmet too small. Whenever ride for >20 mins will start to have headache. Gone once I remove helmet.

 

Have since gotten another helmet.

what had actually happened? Is it serious?

 

welp, I got bumped by a van even when I'm stationary on the road. :cheeky:

today while riding . i go 2nd link at 5 pm on a sat i though sat afternoon will jam from 12 to 3 or 4 due to half day work only i didnt know 5 pm still jam sian :cry:

 

 

while waiting on the bridge a bike corner in too fast then self skid and he still laught about it :cheeky:

Was ferrying 4 pieces of ProTaper handlebars in their boxes down to Biketech21 just now. Had them strapped to the DRZ with a bungee cord.

 

Bungee cord could not hold the long boxes too well so I had to once in awhile, use my left hand to shift them back in position while riding.

 

Nice old man on a cub kia came pulled up next to me at the traffic lights and offered to give me his bungee cord to use. Told him it was OK as I only had a short distance to go.

 

Its fellow riders like these that make my ride today nice. :thumb:

People skidded coz they cornering.... me skidded coz I ride on straight road trying to do my e-brake lols.... best. :thumb: I still trying to figure... How to corner with crashbar.

I travelled a lot today. Kallang Mac, Vivocity, home, Yishun to fetch my friend, back to Kallang Mac, ride to Balestier Plaza to watch movie and send friend home.

 

A lot of construction where ever I go, causing massive jams all the way back. That nevermind, there's a road hogger who was even high-beamed-flashed by taxi and went so slowly. The reason is simple, road hogger was sms-ing when driving. Pity I had to turn right into an intersection and I have no time to follow the road hogger and tell her off! :mad:

Yes, if you talk about its primary usage. No, if you're talking about whether they're identical.

 

Just like Foxy have explained, a slider is an add-on circular rubber fixture on the sides on the bike to protect the fairings from being scratched/scraped should the bike fall on one side, for example.

...so that the crashbar can protect the slider from damage.

 

Huh?! Didn't know there was such a design, let alone the need to protect the crashbar...

I wish I can do that. I think she'll caused an accident should she panic (eg. stepping on the accelerator instead of the brakes...)
