That reminded me couple of months ago, along Sembawang Rd from Giants to Gambas Ave, a rider on a Monster do not wanna give way to me even after I signal, and signalled early.....I was driving a van, with my wife and parents, so definately not speeding.....and the bike is following close but just dun understand why he dun wanna let me lane change as I need to make a right turn to Gambas Ave......I also do not wanna cut into his lane being a biker myself, but finally and luckily before the junction, he decided to sped up and overtook me, giving me just enuff time to lane change and make my turn at the junction.....

 

A little pissed.....especially when ppl tot I try to bully bikers when I'm in a van.....

saw 1 Trailer Truck at Eunos yesterday... chio... with lots of neon lights underneath and at the fron of the radiator... bright blue and white headlights and a chrome exhaust .. first time seen a modified trailer.. lol

I saw that truck before also, it's those prime movers right? The last time I saw, he had big chromed front grills, white neons behind it and blue/green neon below.

yup... i think thats the one... its realli very surprising to see this kind of modded prime movers in SG... it has underneath blue neon lights... too bad i can't take a photo of it...

just now almost kissed by car behind. i e brake at traffic light and he was following quite close n i heard his car screeching n i panicked and tried to quickly move more forward and ended up dropping my bike, got some minor scratches i turned ard and saw his car just abt an arm's length fr my rear.....sheesh i dun wan to be superwoman this early in the mornz. uncle initially didn't get down and i kept looking at him until he got down to help me. he even wanted to give me 50bucks to take cab n repair and i said no need......... i think i was a lil shocked. uncle actually went to park his car n came to c if am ok and he kept saying sorry cos he knew the consequences.

 

continued on my journey to work, near office, twice cars simply cut into my lane though i am in the centre of the lane. one succeeded the other i refuse to give way, i just horned him off.

 

wat's w ppl, can't bike be in the centre of the lane??

yst this big lexus car was trying to change into my lane.. and just turn when i am just beside his car...

 

i refuse to give way and he just proceed to change and i was in the center of the lane.. and he is 1/4 in.. so imagine how close he was too me..

 

and he refuse to change back.. and i refuse to give way..

 

so in the end he slowed down and went behind me.. bcos he need to make a right turn soon..

 

the worst thing is he didnt signal!

i think the 'rule' for 'lane-marking riding' should be, if there is a bike infront of you *very near* then just chill and ignore the bike behind.. but if there is so much space infront, and ur bike too big or u dare not ride to fast and there is a bike behind like wanna over take then u should 'signal to the rigt or left' go into the lane, let the biker pass u, then u go back to the lane marking.. and ride behid him and let him be your 'mole digger' he will 'dig the space for you to ride by'

Like I have mentioned about guy who jumped on his bike and road off inadvertently leaving his wife with the Malaysian police speedtrap crew in his euphoria of not getting booked for speeding..... that reason quite acceptable.

 

I know some Singaporean like to throw rubbish out of their car windows while going along the Malaysian highways... it like they get a kick outta it. Like small children being naughty coz the parents are not around.

 

But to throw girlfriend on roadside?? Woaahh... this some heavy sh*t man.

Is this the new generation in thing to do??

I have seen bikes being dumped , but tis is the 1st time i c a lady being dumped at the roadside .

I did once dump my Ex-gf and my bike on the E-way roadside b4. WHY?

 

Out of petrol! My CBR dun have petrol gauge one. LAN LAN, ask my gf to stay while I go, climb the slope to get some petrol. I return about 45min later and my gf was fuming hot and angry. Face so black.

 

Another incident: I was sitting on a SBS bus, boring, leaning and looking out the glass wind. I saw two guys on a vespa w/o box, all traffic stop for red light. The guy on vespa (pillon) got long leg mah, stood up and adjust his belt and jean. The rider see the traffic turning green and sped off, leaving the pillon standing there with his legs wide open! i clapped and lolz...

The stupid thing I did was I forgot to close the reserve during the petrol pump, rode until totally dry! Btw, I dun mind if petrol caught fire, mean still have petrol till next station rite!! lolz...

 

Oh rite, the person left behind while standing up actually happened! He also lost and duno what to do. I cannot stick and see as the bus (I'm in) move off also. Hahaha...

Btw, my wife blur blur going to pass her class 3, pardon her is she actually make mistake unknowingly! She does that all the time anyway... (not driving). I will be around to guide her along as I normally ride than drive.
