Hi. My Z has slight probs. I just went to the mechs yesterday, changed my battery cuz I suspected that it was worn out. My headlights are dead, only wen I throttle it comes on (it died before I changed the batt). What seems to be the prob? The mechanic says that my bike will still start.

 

ANyways, if its the magneto set that's burnt, will it affect the bike? As far as I know, RXZ is mechanical larh, but not sure if the worn out coil will affect my bike or not.

hmm..can be caused by a few things..the wiring on the headlight,or the whole bike wiring..but chances for these are low..probably its ur magnetic coil going to spoil or not giving a proper charge..should ask the mech to check for ur coil..

 

if its not charging at about 13.6v-14v when open throttle sooner or later ur batt will die also..its true that rxz is mechanical..think of the magnetic coil as the brain..without the brain,it wont send electric signals to other parts for them to move..without the coil..theres no source of current for the bike to provide electrical spark on the spark plug to burn the fuel in the block.

 

so when coil fails..itll rely on battery.when battery weak already..tats it..call tow truck.

 

this simple mechanism applies to most vehicle if not all be it big or small.

Hey frenz my rxz fell at carpark yesterdae. By first look all seems alrite. Den juz now wen i was pumpin petrol after about half an hour ride. I poured some water on my tank to clean off da petrol on my tank. Den suddenly i saw smoke. Da smoke came from my block due to da water touching da block. Normally dis dun happen and my engine was never dis hot. Can pls advice me. Any bike shop open tomoro. Is it safe to ride.

a lot of steam isit?try again ah tmrw...normally if its just normal drop or not so rough drop the internal wont be that damaged..i dont think theres even damage..maybe its been there all along and u never notice it..its safe..its just steam..not smoke.

Hey bros, can I ask a quick question? The weather been raining and then hot lately. I parked my bike at an open carpark when it rained badly on thursday. When I rode it back, the engine is vibrating more than normal. But the sound is ok, seems normal. Any idea what could be the problem? Water leaked into the engine? I'm very scared of piston jam.

hi bros, my rxz using lc125 rims and i want to change to a smaller sprocket, size 39. i've been told by my mech that i need a specific sprocket to fit. cannot use normal rxz sprocket. must use lc125 sprocket. any ideas whr to find it guys? ahboy have?

kalau nak pakai kepala 5 speed tu kene beli bracket die..bracket dgn org jb panggil telinga dia...kalau takde ni dua takleh pasang..kalau nk beli pat automachinery or ban hoe leong mintak original nye..jgn pakai local..kalau tak senget..

Bro loudnessfz. Well da prob is still persistent. I have checked wif my gf dat usually wen she splash water never once did it steam off my block. So im sure somrthin nt rite. Or is it possible dat it bcoz i switch petrol frm vpower to esso 8000. Pls advice. Coz im using local piston worry it cant withstand da temp.
