Got very high chance his jetting big cos block ported and pipe done up already. If 180km on full tank it might be main jet 280 pilot jet 2.75... Cos ive encountered it before when i was using that setting.

 

My advise get a 2nd hand standard block from scrap yard arnd $150. Then use only standard parts so that ur petrol dont consume alot.

 

Currently my set up:

-piston size 1.50

- carb

*panther needle, main jet 195, pilot jet 2.25

-spocket f16 r42

 

Millage full tank 390km. Riding speed around 90km/h to 120km/h

 

where you do your bike? can bring me go? im interested in 390km for 1 tank.. thats about 110km more milelage than me on a full tank.. =\

he do up his bike under void deck when his free bro. but this depends if your block is standard. if your block has been ported then im not sure if your able to use this set up.

i guess mine shld be standard.. cus bike is handed to me by my dad who only used for travelling to/fro work hahahs.. and myself i nv do anything besides change chain + sprocket only..

Hey guys!!! I finally solved rhe prob to my "lightened" front wen travellin at high speed!!! Ther's no nd to change to big fat tyres or heavier sport rims!!! :)

Ok. I dnt noe whether u guys noes abt tis and I'm the only one ketinggalan but changing ur thin fork oil for a thicker one seems to help; I changed my 10W to 20W for slower rebound! Hope tis help those are experiencing the same prob as me! :)

any bros out there know how to diy remove and fix back block, piston, carb? if yes, can teach? your help would be appreciated!

 

Hi bro, i can teach u how it is done but i am free only frida till sunday but doing it at nite. but u must prep

 

1) gasket top n bottom

2) sand paper smooth

3) exhaust gasket

4) 2T for lubrication

5) Time to clean up of the piston, block (top/Bottom)

 

So dats bout it

Clutch confusion! Our z's clutch boss has 4 springs. If i intend to change to tzm clutch housing, can it fit into our clutch boss? Or do i have to change to tzm clutch boss which has 5 springs? And does the tzm clutch boss and housing fit into our z? Just to add Automachinery selling first hand $140. Worth it?
