as for sky question.. fyi all bike pipes comes with silencer.. even the lemang.. standard silencer with stopper is less noise, more smoke.. pick up fast,top end slow..

 

customise silencer depends on the number of barisan and panjang.. here is the eg. my personal favourite. i share with all of u.. this is for 3BS pipe:

 

silencer for light pick up and top end.. buy one silencer the one with no holes, then measure your depth.fire cut the holes to eight holes around the silencer (lapan barisan) and 21 holes downwards.. saw off the ends (moncong) to 1 and a half inch.. pack in new fiber insert and screw in the silencer. then your ready to feel the difference.. enjoy and let me know.. feedbacks welcomed.. dont forget,the big silencer not the small ones, pipes must be operated to achive light buzzing constant sound. if pecah 7rpm the sound lagi sedap.. enjoy guys do give it a try

ok this is for sky... for your question, as long as tamper wit your pipe is illegal. BUT, the silencer i use with tat measurements normally tp, rov see hear also never tahan. been using tat for 3years plus still goin, if u wanna play safe moncong potong to just 1inch lah look like standard a bit. i leave mine long cos lagi sedap & fierce sikit. maybe because mine got box, so it acts as a diguise.. if u goin for inspection, then all u need to do is pack in new fiber and put the standard back.. your set to go.

 

ok this is for maverick.. the pics have been uploaded by sharul, thanks bro.. ok let me explain.. its not directly for the clutch lever. but the lever plays a part when u clutch in and realease it back when engaged to another gear.. so this clutch spring is found on the right side of your engine, the one with the kickstarter..but those are normally standard. racing clutch springs are a bit more stiffer.. so the effect when u release back your clutch, there is lesser power loss cos the spring, springs off the gear faster then standard. creating faster gear changing, depends on the rider (ceh kencang) and the exact term for the place where springs are found is called the clutch housing, standard u can find 4 springs, but for mine 5.. hehe go figure!

 

ok as for khai, yes it does makes your bike wheelie2 as long as lower gears are engaged u shoot up to 5-6 rpm let go your clutch, your bike can pop easily cos the clutch makan the gear faster due to the spring immediate effect.. lesser power loss, cos normally when u clutch in rpm goes down already and standard spring release lambat..

 

lastly cool biker, if ako siapkan definately i quote my price.. cos eg:

-pipe header $35

-the lemang itself $85 or priceless cos hard to find

-operate the pipe, labour cost $120

-customise silencer RM$18

-pack in new fiber RM$10

-rebuilding hmm $$$

If u wanna make ur back jack, u can use spacers.

They are fitted wif your suspensions....

Then ur bike will jack abit... (Tapi pantat jangan jack eh) wakakakaka

But remember once u mod ur bike(pasang this....,pasang that....,), there are bound to be disadvanteges around the corners... hehehe...

ada banyak reason lor...try tukar spark plug...tak pon try service cab...or mungkin piston ring jam...hence low compression...nie benda susah nak cakap...nak kena check liao...
