anyone got 2nd hand silencer for sale or give away? dont mind the condition as long can still be use.. my silencer broke liao..

bro. how to check if silencer broken ar? thanks! :)

Thank you so much again :)

The clutch cable can be safely ruled out - the clutch is very easy to pull, the cable does not "stuck" or "block" or anything.

I still think it could have to do with the oil.... such as, when the engine gets hot, the oil becomes too thin....... i had just changed it so the oil itself is still good, too (it's still red, not black yet). When i need to change next time i try 15W-40 of a good brand.

Kind regards......

Thanh

Here is the verdict from my mechanic.

There are a few answers/guesses:

1) The gear sub, the rod which connects your clutch pedal to the engine is bent. This causes the gear to be engaged, or even hard to drop the gears.

This rod is horizontally attached to the engine. If you ever fall to the left, this rod might bend. (This is the best guess)

2) The gear selector is fixed the other way round. I told him that you had your bike re-bored and piston changed, so his guess is the gear selector is wrongly fixed. (You might wanna do this after you check the above)

3) Engine oil does not cause the problem mentioned.

Hope his verdict is useful. Good luck and all the best!:thumb:

I fixed my bike with Dunlop TT900 Rear only, costs me $45. So I guess a pair should be $90.

By the way, its 17" 90/80 Tubeless on a Sport Rim. My front is 17" 80/80 Tubeless on a Sport Rim.

So far the best gathering point according to the organizer's group is @ Jurong Bird Park Carkpark...

But it has yet to be confirmed...

"Not Confirmed Yet..."

I'll up date the clan once everything is finalized...

There's still time to put ur name down and hp number...

Yeah, its that cheap. Just don't tell him that I told you its $45. It's members price. (Somebody complain that I don't give exact price... so I have to state how much.)

And that's $45 a piece not for 1 pair.:thumb:

There's no point getting the Japan version when there's Thai. It's the same brand nonetheless, expect no difference. Unless of course you compare it with Bridgestone Battlax, or Duro.

Why spend money on something that is not gonna last?

The point is, are you going racing or on the road? The choice is yours.

Ride safely or spend more money?

I'm just offering an argument for discussion.:thumb:
