Hey guys I m new here an juz got my RXZ, I have a quick question. When im braking with my front brake, there is always a tuck sound. I service d my brakes a week ago, da prob wen a way for a while but now its coming back. BTw another quick question is, where is recommended to send my bike for full service and doing a full health check on my bike (Local only). Thx

Sungai kadut only got one scrap yard. The other two is at jurong.

Salams,tompang tanye,kalau fork oil ade leakage means the only option is to change fork eh? and if so how much will a second hand ori fork cost me eh? thanks and loudness, aku asik nmpk motor kau tapi tk nmpk kau laaaa.haha,nk jugak suruh kau test2 kan motor rabak aku ni...

 

fork kalau leak tak semestinya tuka fork...sometimes oil seal pecah..lau tak maybe the fork tube damage(fork tube yg chrome part tu),lau tu je damage then tuka je fork tube..pat jb kyb tube rm90..tapi tak pasti uh ori ke tak,aku pon lupe nk tanye.but so far so good.

 

haha wan kau nye leak abeh tk tukar?theres no danger eh riding with a leaking fork?

 

ada danger..kalau siket je tak kesah...kalau byk minyak kluar sampai dripping pat fork cover tu da kire bahaye..kalau biarkan je lama2 lembek..teros takde rebound..slamat la~~

new magneto ni ada kasi more induced current than the old one ke?if the new magneto has more coils than the old one..the current induced would be higher..the rectifier must change if not itll burn..so far takde dgr kes..pakai je ler skrgnye sampai rosak.

Kalau 2 or 3 places that must be car or lorry nye scrap yard. Cos ive surveyed around last 2 years to find for it before and only able to find for cars scrap yard. even i asked them if there is any other bike scrap yards around and they say no.

overhaul as i noe is dia tukar everything in the engine kan?from the conrod to the bearings sume eh?kalau top overhaul means dia godeh block aje,piston etc.kalau full means engine ngn block kan,unique motorsport penah quote aku dia kata standby 800 bucks bro.tapi aku rasa mahal sngt.dgr2 dari members shld be about 400 gitu.kalau top overhaul aje dlm 100++?rxz bros lain,correct me if im wrong.heh aku pon masih noob. xD

aiyaa guys I regretted giving my bike a "spring cleaning" just now eventhough my bike look spanking clean now..

 

Heres my story :

 

I was washing my bike and scrubbing off grease and dirt where i can.So I took off my left side rear tail to gently scrub off the grease on the sides of the 2t container using brush and sponge. So in the process i think i may have goyang-goyang kan the bunch of wires near to the 2t container and battery.

 

 

So after I wash and polish my bike, i start the engine but found out my light not working. Now my bike looks cleaner but then my running lights ( the headlight and the tail light which is not run by the battery) mati already.. However my signals, horns, high beam and brake light all is in working condition. Its just the normal headlight and tail light (the ones when u rev the engine it will get brighter ) which is not working..

 

 

I dont think my head light and tail had blown already. I think its just the connection or something that have gone wrong. If I go to workshop I think they have to take out everything and test one by one eh? means it gonna be expensive?

 

 

Anyone can help?

800++????kau boleh bakar tu unique motorsport.bodo mrepek nk mampos,ketok org tak agak2,mcm sial.crankshaft set can get about 200 or less at yamaha agent,original piston plus everything else can get about 80-90 or nak original grade murah siket about 50-60,clutch plate can get about 50+ or cheaper..pastu kedai pat kampong2 pat jb boleh upah dorg RM85..aku pernah tnye.pala buto peh kedai..anti giler babi ah aku.

checking the connection isnt that hard..find someone who're schooling poly engineering courses..for sure theyll have the digital multimeter and can test for connections..i have one..but for now i dont have the time sorry heh

then from there kalau minat motor besar da tau siket2 camne nk identify problem..lau masih minat motor kecik pon..da tau apa2 nk modify..best ni lau minat

go and ask the original owner of ur spoke rim. He should know where to do it up.

Ya betol kate loudness! Maybe if u guys want to start diy i'll suggest to learn how to clean ur carb first. Then slowly go on how to open up ur block and polish the block wall, decarbonise piston head, top head. Change engine oil. If u learn all this u wont even want to visit the mechanic cos u know u can do a better job then them.
