Hi All,

 

Im a probational rider having my first bike, a stock Yamaha RXZ with FP plate in November'2010.

Just have this question,

How do I increase speed and pick-up without affecting fuel consumption? Is it to add a Fast Throttle or what? Also is there any recommendations to how to make my RXZ ride better and look better, currrently it has a black/orange stock look.

Black/ Orange stock already look better bro. I feel you as a new probational rider whom always looking for speed and fast ride. No offence but try to get yourself familiarise with the road first and learn the 'bad habits' of other riders and drivers.

 

The increase speed can come later Bro. Not a rush. Again, learn to be more tactical on the road. We don't want to hear or see a fellow Zeck rider lose a life on the road.

 

Just a piece of advise. No offence ya. But the choice is still yours.

MikeGelemeng there got a point.Familiarise yourself on SG roads first,Anticipated other road user behaviour then as experience come you can do anything to your bike.As for me Handling is more important than speed.Not all riders/Drivers can control their vehicle in high speed.Power is nothing w/o control.My late friends all kaki modified but in the end lose control and in the end lose his life.No trophies or award.Important is to know your bike limit and its weakness.

Hi bro, u can use 80/80 or 70/80 looks cool n radial for the tyre, for d brake disc it depends but if u go jb accessories shop u can c all type n pattern disc for sellection

Front tire 80/90, rear 90/80..compatible combination sizes to corner Dunlop tt900(very affordable) and for more comfortable i recommend bridgestone BATTLAX

Wow! Size 2.5 never seen or heard of that size before... My advise go invest in a second hand block with a small piston size. For now maybe try to change ur jetting.
