Hello

 

I am a newbie, so please bear with me.

When I cycle up a significant slope, I get this pain on the right side of my chest.

This happens even when I switch to my second lowest gear.

 

Is this due to posture, or do I need to do some kind of strengthening exercise?

Is there a recommended posture for up hill? I usually bend forward.

 

Hope for some advice...

Its an ache in my right side, perhaps the muscles.

Wow, cardiac... I hope not haha

No, I have not seen a doctor, because it doesn't seem that serious. I don't get this pain when I do other exercises like swimming or even just cycling fast on level ground.
