I'm DIY-ing my SP too. I learned about the stupid sanding process so I modified a sanding machine which I brought from NTUC for about $40. Its Power la. Can sand off half the bike in one day. Excluding the fine sanding with grade 1000. that one I think use hand better. Cheers.

dont forget send shop for the 2k lacquer.. or ask our bros here do automotive lacquer..

dont use the normal spray can lacquer.. u are not actually protect the paintwork.

finally do up my matt black.. only got 2 pics..

 

when i spray got dust stick onto the paintwork.. sighs.. totally no mood 2 do up the rest so i just anyhow wallop the rest.. got time then i re-sand all again and spray..

finally finished my paintwork liao... sanded off the old paintwork... did primer, then 2k lacquer. then my frav anime decal... this are the pic. (yes, i'm a ID freak). lol

i was quote $120 frm HLC for my vxr runner.. just the lacquering.. can check out the advertiser board... diff bike diff price..
