reasons:

1) don't want to support our own group people- traitor

2) think Uncle Lim HID standard no up- evil

3) rather give other people money than help Uncle Lim business- scum

ya cos supplier provided a warranty for both recitifier and the HID kit for 1 yr. it also included installing the hid properly into the headlamps and doing the switch the correct way.

zed's bike went thru minor op. chop chop curry pok.

 

derrick's bike went thru minor op (read: stripping the "ho liao"). also chop chop curry pok.

 

my bike underwent major op (steering cone + new master cylinder). need to stay in op theatre longer. no curry pok.

 

hence zed + sister, kenneth + gf (with derrick's bike) went to Danga Bay. Then, zed went back to AGL to fetch derrick to join us for face-stuffing.

i didnt use cos...

 

1) the brake pedal very short. super uncomfortable to step on.

2) since only short distance to danga bay, i used front and engine brake only.

Wow warranty on the rectifier for 1 year ?? I guess with all those warranties it must be a good deal .... :) Did u watch the installation process ?

i think uncle lim will give us more than 1 year warranty for the recitifier and HID kit...

Haha zed, if i say the workmanship is good, I dare say its better than what kenneth and other bike tiam can offer , no offence to kenneth or bike tiam, not that i dont trust you, but the person who offered that service has already did more than 1000 over cars and 100 over bikes...

 

If u tear open my sai tao, you will see NOT a whole MESS of wire at all, all you see is stock wirings, and very neatly put away wires. If they are willing to redo my entire bike's wiring, I will not hesitate to invest.

 

I do not just simply dump my money into things that i do not know.. Sometimes even though i really duno, but i reckon that this HID investment is costly, but worth while because looking at the amount of work the installer did.

 

and PS, he did not just connect to the batteeries and add a switch. It is connected via the main headlight switch, and will only be on when i turn on + high beam.

 

cmon zed, you know what kind of bike owner i am. I am a very anal bike owner. so anal that today i am still pretty irritated by my scratched up fairing, and why my radiator shoots up so fast, not as before.

 

so i believe this is a very fair way i would like to invest my $$ to, and i believe thats what most will do too.. HID is useful... because yesterday i went AGL with my friend to buy 2t, the whole AGL black out.. from the bridge till petronas... Most cubs or bike cant see sh*t...

 

only my bike can seee :angel::angel: hhehe HID anyone?

must let me try yor bike hor lacer! i nvr try cbr with lacing footlest...

 

i only try kr with lacing footlest... and its like cramping my balls to the tank. hahha

I missed Denga Bay outing again. I didnt know Singa Selalu Pig-out = Denga Bay. :cry:

 

Btw, is HID legal for our bike?
