i only realise that this is the only 2B i have got so far that doesnt have a fuel tap/valve control.

Th a/f screw is to control the spring inside the carb rite?? so is tune faster or slower ???

yup itz much more sophisticate then the normal older version carb... and much harder to mod... itz complicated but lots of fun hehe:angel::angel:

SHARK brand open port filter on my carb and my friend gave me his ex gilera engine overflow filter so i save on that... yup it need to be re adjust... it gives a VVVVVV sound and more pick up and power itz one hell of a great and cheap mode highly recommended... oh and ya the best thing is u dunt damage ur airbox cause ur not using it haha... itz open port... hehe so can keep ur airbox for spare with the stock filter inside...

 

 

Hmm I respect you sia Demaestro.. But i got a few Qns for u....

 

Open porting i assuming is removing the Airbox totally right? and then putting a small coned shaped air filter on the Carb? But if u put the cone shape on the carb, then u leave the air box there wont it restrict the air movement also?

 

2ndly, yr endurance pipe right, is it easy to fix? and does it improve any power significantly?

 

3rdly, the open pod thing, did u manage to get more power with it?

 

4thly, our bike got this air injector thing, is there anyway to improve air circulation in it? because i see if that thing gets blocked it affects performance by alot.

 

5thly, is yr endurance pipe hard to fix? cos my exhaust the screws are like so zzz at the bottom, and is it still avaliable?

his mods where basic mods, which everyone will do if they know how an engine works.

 

his bike is def more responsive, louder than us even if he uses the stock pipe.

 

 

and my pipe is damn noisy.. haha

Preparation Tips

1. MUST bring log cards and insurance

2. At least 10-12 hours to reach Betong, and the final 100km is mountaineous road, so ur bike has to be tip-top condition. Pls service it at least 1 week before so u have time to know is there any problem after ur servicing

3. Sleep enough b4 the trip, at least 10 hours ride ahead

4. Our 2b bike has only one piston, so pls put any lubricating / anti-friction additive u can afford in ur engine oil during the last servicing. I myself using Liquid Moly MOS or OWS Engine Protector.

BUT TAKE NOTE AH ALL OF YOU ALL.

 

AFTER YOU OPEN PORT YOUR BIKE, YR BIKE WILL BE DAMN NOISY... SITTING ON IT WILL BE SLIGHTLY IRRITATING IF YOU ARE NOT NOISE ORIENTATED. THOUGH IT MAKES THE BIKE RESPOND FASTER, BUT IT WONT BE ABLE TO SATISFY YOU IN TERMS OF THE SOUND DISCIPLINE SIDE.

 

and midzi's i tried my bike ytd.. alone, pie, going home.. top speed didnt improve lei.... any suggestion on how to make it go ?

lol ah don, my one is not stock pipe le. mine is noisy pipe le. but my pipe is damn light. i was surprised by its weight...

yea man i keep rushing myself on weekends. I do everything like touch and go one... even travelling otr also faster abit. everything also faster abit.

 

 

i tried midzi's bike, imo, his front brakes need to do some touch up. other than that i think his bike damn power. Really, you'all shld try his bike. zed will love it.
