guys, is it possible to fix the bike heading like part of it is chipped out due to accident.

bike condition: right side of the heading broken, no screws for ferrings, and missing right lamp

roughly how much is it to get it replace?

im contemplating if its worth to get it. hmmmm

If the screws parts for the head fairings are broken off, it would be better to get it replace rather than fixing.

yeah been quite some time, missed quite a few deals due to busy& lazy schedule

one enquiry, for accident bike would the insurance be higher or its the same?

Bikes that have gone through accident will not have any price impact on insurance for the next owner. Because the insurance premium is tagged to the rider.

I think now forum got some CBR 150 for sale. haha

take some pics of the damage and post~

the entire head fairing can be divided into left, right, centre + bottom piece.

i.e. 4 pieces join together to make up the front head.

which piece are u referring to?

for left/right, costs around $45 per piece.

point to note is that the part may not come in the exact same color as the one u have now. e.g. yr bike is black paintwork and ready stock for the part is in blue (unless u can wait for new shipment to arrive in about 2-4 weeks).

missing screws can be purchased. the only tricky part is the clip that the screw threads against. these clips are rare. if the side middle fairings are not damaged/missing, there should be total of 4 clips/middle fairing. 2 are for screws connecting to front fairing & 2 are for screw connecting to side bottom fairing).

what does missing right lamp mean? the left & right handlamp comes in a single set.

:cheeky:

Talking about clips, you know where to purchase them? Haha... :cheeky:

A lot new bikes use clips for the screw to thread in. Don't really like this idea at all, although it is easier to dismantle and put back.

Haha.. agree.. but interested to know other people's preference too :)what's ur preference?

haha I switched my engine oil a lot. Depend on moods :cheeky:

Nevertheless, these are my preferences (not in any order):

- AGIP Racing 10W40

- Motul 7100 10W40

- Castrol Power1 Racing 20W50

Sometimes, I think my preferences are sort of overkill... lol
