anyone wanna trade their cbr150 Stock footrest for a Yoshimura Racing Foot Rest (9/10 condition) fitted on a cbr125?

The stock footrest doesnt need to be in tip top condition, as long as nothing is broken/bent can alr...

Please check with your mech whether the parts are compatible.

Reason for trade? Very new female rider is unconfident/uncomfortable with the racing footrest position because its too high...

Text me at nine1124327 if interested cheers!

I only change the chiong bubble windscreen at lim ah boy.. $15 i think.. damn jialat ah the hole all not drill correctly to fit the screw holes... have to use cable tie to secure the holes that don't line up properly... but hey.. if it can secure MRT claws... then cable tie to tie windscreen is no problem.

anyone experience changing magnetic coils ? how much it cost in sg ? will it be cheaper to go jb bike shops ? any recommend?

Not sure ah... you go jb shop beware lo... cos if problem not rectified you have to go back to the same shop in JB... i think its le che.. spend abit more do in sg ba.

Let your motorshop do for you ba... also don't know whether you can "peh" (force) it out without breaking something.

From my experience... its potentially troublesome. I let someone ride my bike (or "continue my installment" if u want to think it that way) as a subrider... then the bike spoil already then he just push back to me say he don't want to repair and ride anymore... i ended up footing the entire bill for engine overhaul cost that spoilt under his care... it was a very bad experience........ which would bring me to my next point below....

Yes after i got my broken bike pushed back to me from my subrider, i repaired it back to tip top condition... now i'm selling it... my loss is your gain.

Rated - I'm thinking of letting go for good. Is it better to just let go on shop or let someone continue installment but of coz transfer ownership all these?! :p

When you do continue installment... bikeshop will want to collect kopi money (usually 3 months upfront installment and/or additional "admin fee") from you in order to let the other party continue the installment if they even allow you to. Some shop totally don't let cos its not in their interest to do so... cos they don't earn much by doing this.

Let go to shop be prepared for ridiculous low "eating" price... but hassle free compared to COI option

Ask them and do your maths.

tq for the prompt response xrated.

Hd nvr ride bike with radiator.

Can we chg fliud on our own? If its simple, any tuts or VDOs to share?

Posted

You can.... but it will be messy... unless you want to drain your coolant all over the carpark floor. open radiator cap... then undo your drain nut at the waterpump there (its the bottom most nut at the waterpump) and let the coolant come out... drain your reserve coolant tank as well... then fix back the nut and reserve coolant tank and top up your radiator then start your bike let the fresh coolant move around in the bike.

thanks for the vids xRated ... B)

should I chg it. I just got it beginning of the year

Up to you dude... If you are particular about corrosion and engine temperature it wouldn't hurt to change it. But If you're not so particular... Just pour tap water into the damn thing to top up the coolant from time to time.
