Hi, one side of my fairing(center piece) the connection point all break,

now left 1 scew holding the center piece. it like going flying away anytime when i ride.

now i hold it using tape.

any idea it still can repair?

 

if change whole set fairing how much it will cost me.

Guys, i wanna ask what tyre sizes you guys using for your CBR150? anybody tried upsizing to 110/70? any feedback?

as per all increase in tyre sizes, better grip on cornering but makes the rear heavier also.

may not be worth it to repair since it will likely entail fabricating fibreglass to reinforce the existing mounting points (if you havent already lost these parts of the fairing) or to create new mounting points (if u have lost them).

sounds like plenty of work to be done to salvage (worksmanship is going to be costly).

 

alternative is to buy a new piece of the fairing (not the entire set).

cost is probably around $40. but it will come in stock paintwork colors and without the stock decals (to be purchased separately).

Alot of color choices and not the common brands of raincoat riders are using. Quality of water resistant is as good as NS issued. However, it's of a much thinner layers to suit our hot climate. I saw some indicate 2011 version and some indicate 2012 version.

 

So is there any diff and what is the estd price for a brand new bike (latest version of CBR150) without Insurance?

You mean engine ice, it's in my bike for a little over a year. I must say the coolant sure is good. It seem like it has a high boiling point.

 

ok..thks. Plan to change the engine ice coolant, K&N filter and irdium spark plug too.
