whoa, 100kph on highways n u still get 44.7km/l? i wonder how much mine will b cos i always ride ard 80kph on highways except when overtaking, i went higher. other than tt, it's 80kph all the way :cheeky: on normal roads ard 70kph.. i always wanted to calculate but i always forget to take note when filling up petrol.. haha..

i believe it's not just about speed, but how generously u throttle.

do a calculation aman, i'm sure u can hit at least 40km per litre wan. i wondering how some riders do below 40km per litre on the CBR150R, super fierce. :cheeky: :cheeky:

i managed to find my plug already. i kept it separately from my usual bike stuff hence didn't find it initially.

spent quite a while on saturday to wash bike, change EO, spark plug and air filter. the ride is so sweet everytime after an EO change.

hee hee, this is not the first time i did it mah, so i roughly know how to do it. but u're right, i takes quite a while to unscrew the spark plug, the thread on the spark plug is so long, i'm using NGK Platinum now but can't tell if the ride's better cuz EO change and air filter change together.

i bought extra air cleaner and air filter and light bulbs. people in west area lazy go down town buy can approach me. i sell 1 buck more expensive than cost price for DIY. separate installation charges apply. :cheeky: :cheeky:

Hey guys. Just now finally calculated my FC.. this is based on riding 50-60km/hr on normal roads, and 80-100km/hr on expressways. with a lot of throttle playing of course, due to my new airfilters. haha.. anyways, i got 41.68km/litre. tts good for me :thumb:

tt's good tt's good, i think the newer ones are a little more economical. my last CBR150R got 40km\L at best while this newer one can get 44.7KM\L. UPZ. hopefully next year we'll get EFI for CBR150R, then it'll be even better!! :bouncefire:

haha

seriously i still wouldnt go for a EFI leh

for the plain reason that it isnt as traditional to troubleshoot especially if i visit my JB mechanic~

anyway i keep feeling tempted to change to a 1st hand CBR150 w/ a nice/bidded number plate~

=P

but i totally understand how the depreciation on 1st hand machines can kill my pockets~

Erm sorry I'm new here..

Was wondering how the bike is like compared to the BBDC's CG125..

Is it heavier? And is the sitting higher/lower than the CG125?

Currently just looking for potential bikes cause I'm kinda short.. Lol

(still taking my practicals tho.. dont ask me which one though  )

ya u're right actually, carb bikes are much easier to trouble-shoot and maintain i think.

u are graduate leh, working liao, the depreciation for a small CBR150R u sure can handle easily de. just think about if u buy a car, 1 yr depreciation can get u a brand new CBR150R with bidded number plate liao. :cheeky:

cuz come to think of it, our CBR150R gals not that short wan.

CG125 is heavier? Ok good that'll make the CBR150 a lil easier for me to push/park etc :cheeky:

I'm a guy btw, and I'm around 1.56m.. Lol.. I'm alot shorter than most of my peers.. :faint: .. Going to be 20 this yr too.. NS also coming in 6 days time.. :giddy:

ok, the bike is not an issue lah, CBR150R is super light for a motorcycle. not including cubs. hmm, i guess should be ok ba, since u sit down on the bike it'll sink down anyway. dun worry.
