hmmm our tank is suppose to b 10litre, y aren't we able to pump in more then 9litre when we reach below red line?

Bro, this is what i intreprate from the CBR 125 manual they all passed me online.

The capacity of our tank is 10 litres. The manual states that at the redline of the petrol gauge, we still have 2 litres of petrol left.

Thus, what i conclude is that when we ride till the redline, we have used of 8 litres of petrol thats why you can never pump more than 9 litres when the meter is at the redline. Try riding until the bike no petrol left. I think you may able to pump 10 litres. I don't wish that to happened to me though. :)

Btw, the max i've pumped thus far is only 9.79 litres.

Correct me if i am wrong. Anyway, hope that helps.

can can, the max limbat pumped was 10.22L. he pushed bike to the petrol kiosk. :cheeky: tank was totally empty. so dun worry, the bike can run until the needle is below the red zone and yet go somemore.

going to start yr experiment with fully synthetic oil liao ah?

anyway, do u feel that it gets abit hard to change gear (from 1st gear to 2nd gear) after travelling abt 2500KM on the Castrol Power1? i always find it weird that the gear shifting issue comes in during abt 2500KM to 3000KM of usage but it gets somewhat smoother beyond 3000KM.

thinking of trying fully already, just that i have this feeling that it's not gonna feel much better on small bikes. guess i gotta try it to know it.

actually, on Castrol Power 1 i always change EO at 2.5k so i won't know. anyway, at 2.5k the EO is usually still quite clean.

hi guys i try out a coolant Maxima High Performance Coolant last week till now cos when i got my bike during hot day i kept on running and the temp easily reach 3/4 after changing this for $20 including flushing the temp the most only at half even jam in the custom i never see it more than half if any of u all have the temp problem can give it a try

u calculate ur mileage by dividing the mileage clocked (in ur case 300km) with the amount of petrol u pump in. which should be about 7 or 8 litres only. today when i pumped, the needed was on the white line below the red zone and i only managed to pump 8++ litres only.

ya i did not go and notice how many litres i pump will have a look up when i pump the next time ba thanks anyway for all yrs reply

Bro, the only difference i felt was when i was using the Fully Synthetic Silkolene Fuchs. The bike feels a bit 'heavier' with that engine oil.

Other than that the rest of the engine oil i used MOTOREX and KONOCO whether fully or semi doesn't feel much of a difference.

Yup the bike doesn't actually drain use up the coolant. Only need to flush arnd 1 yr like dat and topup new one. If the volume gets less during the period itz probably due to a leak.

Oh btw..does or bike make use of transmission oil or clutch oil? Coz i feel that my gears a bit hard. Izit due to the engine oil? I recently changed to castrol fully synthetic. Haf rode arnd 500km since my last change.
