our stock tires are as follow:

front 80/90-17

rear 100/80-17

hmm not really man. actually depends on the how u ride also. Usually my FC is roughly about 36-38km/l. Cos i usually ride on expressway 120/130kmh. Whats our original size for out stock btw?

Hi hi, can advise where the one located at the bike seat is?? Or does it apply to different version of cbr? I send down my bike to my bike shop trying to replace that, bt they say i only have filter under the fuel tank. Even print out the picture which ozzarhomb provided. (thanks for the pic) Please advise. Thanks thanks

i have DIY the replacement of the filter + cleaner myself.

both are under the fuel tank and can only be accessed after the fuel tank is removed.

1 is located in the airbox (black color box which big & obvious)

1 is located to the right hand side of the airbox. it has got black rubber tube connected to it at both ends.

hope this helps. :cheeky:

Isn't it risky to diy tank stuffs? If don't reconnect the wires back bike can't run right?

Hey Pilot sporty is actually Thailand make right??

When u say wet weather lane splitting unstable, do u mean when u lane split itself, the tires are unstable? OR,

do u mean u go on the road markings causing it to be unstable??

correct, the road markings cos it to be unstable, cos no grip on the markings during wet weather, but dry weather u can corner very low

i didn't say there's a reduction in vibration, what i meant was that even with long hours of riding, i didn't get affected by vibration of the bike on my hands, so i feel that those guys who complain about it perhaps they haven't got used to it ba.

i was half equipped. gloves, riding jacket, jeans, full face and covered shoes. especially for long distance riding, it's important to have all these.

weather has been kind to us, no rain at all until halfway up Genting after we had lunch at mid-way up. it's a little drizzle only. coming back was scorching hot. :bouncefire:

Were u fully equipped? (including gloveS?) If so, maybe thats why the reduction in vibration??

Hey btw, ur whole trip to and fro good weather???

i guess that makes it a reasonably good tyre already. which tyre can grip the white marking in the rain?
