anyway finally change my whole carb at $220 including labour at the bikeshop.

 

chiong aik price is 280 but that guy over the phone say i can gif u discount make it 260.

 

anyway seems chiong aik price for public r not even cheap. like the air cleaner as above other posted. this is just a guide, the mech agree that the things there arent cheap either. most probably the price chiong aik quote to public is equal to change at bikeshop include labour. (this also depend how much ur bikeshop charges)

 

so was the problem solved? :cheeky:

if it is, guess the price paid was worth every bit. :thumb:

hey don u heading straight from yishun? thought of meeting u @ CCK 1st then we go together?

 

i dont mind returning to cck then we go down together. its quite on the way also.

 

hehe. the only problem is i not sure how long i may get stuck at yishun for the troubleshooting. scared by the time i go down the rest of them went for petrol run already~ :giddy:

yeah throttling and idling during cold bike no problem since after its being changed.. cos if anyone know the design of carb.. the thing inside the metal which look similar to rubber is not working fine which resulted in the problem. hopefully nth more arises.. so far so gd.. but hor my fy 8xxx plate lei.. the rest of the ppl here have no problem =X

we were washing half way when it rained, but lucky we underground. now Wandi waxing his bike, i come up to shower. later going east coast eat satay.

anyway, i got the pilot lights fixed up already.

currently the 1 and only cbr150r in spore to have the pilot lights :p

ya, we go 'pa tor'. Wandi bring me go dark dark places like Mount Emily. then luckily got Derrick come and be 'light bulb', so not so dark anymore. don called, but his timing not right, no luck to come and be 'fourth wheel'.
