i've been visiting LAB every other week for the past 2 months cos he promised to help me find the yoke sticker for our bike so i can make a CF one.

 

he feels bad that i often leave empty handed, i feel bad to trouble him for helping me source something with such low profit margin. if he does pull through, i'll make a CF one for him to sell.

well actually hor how lab/regina sell stuff is see they know the person or not..

 

1st kind is normal buyer ie normal price

2nd kind is regular like the above price who mass order for discount

3rd kind is good fren or even old fren to the shop owner/seller even much more discount than the 2nd kind..

 

cos last time i went with a group of bikers, 1 of them is a much older adult, my fren told me that guy know the owner or the owner family since tens of years ago so the price is even much cheaper than the price offered by the 2nd kind..

I can see 3 effects:

 

1) its going to be very busy these next few days for people trying to squeeze the last bit of cheap petrol into their tanks

2) our bike just went up in value because its one of the few that might actually be able to still benefit from cheaper petrol further away - or alternatively - its damn fuel efficient

3) JB business will be hit hard & vice versa SGP business will benefit

 

One thing is sure, for many, the times of petrol runs are over...

i guess TP will not check the internal parts of the bikes bahz.... *pray hard* unless they tell u to bring the bike for inspection (Zzz...) coz most of my 4 wheels friends their parts are not originals and they are still driving on the streets now. sometimes really envy them...

I dono their helmet got pass the SGP inspection or not, coz there is no such regulation in Indo. Here we got to use the helmet that has been inspect and pass the inspection rite?

Just wondering if this also affects your milage...if your reader is low, perhaps your milage also lower than actual.. could be a good thing (if u ever decide to sell the bike)

It does not matter since u r not a racer. Just keep your focus on the road, dont see your speedo, then everything is settled without spending any single cent. :thumb:

 

Just like me, on expressway I always follow big2 truck but Im 2 bikes length away. Dont care what speed I running, just listen music, sing song and focus on the truck in front.

Wait. Now I wonder whether ur bike or the needle struggling to climb up? Try this out, ride at 5th gear until the speedo reach 80kph. Then you change to 6th gear, when ur rpm reach 8k but ur speedo does not even touch 100kph, then really got problem alrdy. Try this when u r in very empty road huh. Careful...

 

Mine, the most 7.5k rpm can reach 100kph alrdy, and I know others 7k rpm can reach 100kph alrdy.

Nils, are you saying that the milage depend on the speed? I mean calculated from the speed not from the actual distance we travel?
