just got off the phone with Zed.

 

Next time u guys wanna change NGK spark plug for cheap price and dont want the hassle of going to m'sia to do it... Go to Heng Motor. It is located at the industrial area behind IMM. $5 for NGK CR8EK.

yes includes installation. good right...... my gf was with me..... i told her $5 good price. was expecting $10.

LOL you brought yr GF to the motordiam? I won't do that if i were u... cos everytime a girl is brought into the motordiam, all the guys will just stare... and stareeeee and stareeeeeeeeeee..

Yes david. I checked the plug while the mech was digging out the old one... the head is curved one right? 2 curved ones..... i compared with the old one which was Denso. single head only.

 

Yes ZR. I wouldn't say workmanship was excellent or wad la... cos the mech was relatively young... lack experience i guess... hence he took longer than i expected... but hey. $5 ...... i dont mind man.

hahah relax la. raceworks i read about them, they are like experimenting with revo and they are quite a good workshop i recon.. but kenneth pls check leh. $5.. abit dodgy, sekali give u made in china plugs. LOL

 

kena carrot is part and parcel of life here la. haha but at least u didnt kena like some of fellow forumers... kena chop until 1K odd one.

My mechanic told me about China Made Plugs story just now when I told him about the plug.

i duno leh..... i saw on the rack.... all the NGK plugs.... so i took out the NGK CR8EK one..... its even stated on the box CR8EK.

 

anyone needs to change plug soon? lol

 

If u go there or u bring anyone to go there again, can u pls get 1 of it for me? I want to see the plug to check whether what my mechanic told me is true or not.

There is no more stock for my type of balancer. Now motovation come out new 1, at the end of the balancer its black color like rubber. Price also increase. If Im not wrong, just now he told me its 55 or 60. I shouldnt hve changed it earlier. New 1 look nicer.

The plug (China Made) is NOT written as Made In China, instead its written as Made In Japan. On the plug itself, there r 4 line / stripe just b4 the word JAPAN. China made ones should not hve 4 line.

some hoses to unclamp + screws & middle side fairings to remove only...

itis not as easy as it looks - I had mine change in JB-Skudai for rm20 labour only. :cheer:

i agree.. i tried to just take the front part out nia.. i look only i decided to give up.. cos my take out sai tao also, then got the pipings all blocking.
