btw don, i remember that time u say u use kerosene to clean ur chain. is it safe? or rather, what is the proper procedure/way to do it? toothbrush with kerosene, wash off with water then spray chain lube is it?

 

I think he not using kerosene. If I not wrong its turpentine. haha... I might be wrong.

hahahaha u are right david. that is my box setup. HR3 rack and Givi Simply 46L box. i think my one costs more becos its 1st hand and got rear brake light. but in the end wiring also must DIY.

 

edit: mine costs $185 inclusive of everything...... meaning to say i push in my stock bike.... give them $185.... push out liao got a beautiful box sitting at the back so david u might be right..... LAB could've charged $5 for installation.

i did the kerosene thing using cloth w/ some kerosene on it.

si bei raw!!

be prepared to have lots of dirt trapped in yr fingernails.

that was some time ago on my previous bikes.

now cbr150 doesnt enjoy this kind of chain cleaning treatment.

it is just pure EO lube nia.

there's 2 types: "with stoplight" and "no stoplight". get the one with brake light. only $10 difference. and dont use their wiring system... i can help u on this...

Just finish wash ka POLEK [wash and polish] my bike... clean my chain and lube with china brand WD40... whoaaa!!! Kin Tang Tang eh ah!!! [golden and shiny shiny!!!] My P plate i give up... black tape no use... i put rubber band, else it keep flying off... zzzz
