Dear Derrick wanna-bees,

I will not be joining you guys on the trip on the 8th, as i'm away for a holiday. all the necessary parts have been bought, so my face is no longer needed.

i would like to settle the renaming expenses, as part of my trip is to buy myself a wife. i need whatever money i can raise; as the adage goes, 'good thing no cheap, cheap thing no good!'

Set A:

clutch cable+plates+bearings= $61.90

Set B:

plates+bearings= $53.30

Kenneth has already paid in full. the remaining people have sent $40 to Zongren.

Zongren, please collect the remaining amount of $57.10 and pass it to me when you come and collect the spare parts.

roger that.

there will be a celebration dinner in urs and willie's honour. sort of like a farewell meal to send u guys off to greenland where u will wear the fugly new uniform and morph from boys to men..... or so they say........

estimated date: 3rd/4th week of May.

roger that x 2.

ORD OHHHHHH!!!!

My voltemeter already spoilt... keep showing overcharging and keep beeping like timebomb, but i don't mind anymore... got used to it and its kind of style to have something beeping irritating non stop.... like hospital machine..

Btw zed, when to pay u the sticker money? Pls advice. Thx.

roger that x 3.

No la is because one of you want to rev till 13.5K RPM.... that one not only the redline... but our gauge only go to 13KRPM..... go figure.... dono who is that guy uh....:cheeky:

If you want you come down tmr.... sms me for time. Me [should be] collecting it tmr... start running in, 3rd may going to malaysia to run in the engine all at one go...

I see how it goes. Haha. Got works to meet deadline. Btw, ah chong there always flood is it?

Willie, i saw this post in

Maybe u might want to check on this first before moving on to anything more expensive. Last time i also didnt know why my tail light would be brightened up even without tapping my brakes. kan cheong liao, wanted to strip the entire tail assembly. in the end its just a $0 solution. :faint:

But my fuels doesn't drip. Tell you something foolish that I did:

I ride my bike and top up my coolant. I park my bike and I see whether EO or fuel or Coolant is dripping. I check around patiently for 1 hour. None of the stuffs are dripping.

Hence, I conclude my fluctuation of my idling RPM could be carb problem or fuel section pump. My high FC could also be caused by the idling RPM as my idling can reach up to 2K.

In spite of this, when I travelled on high speed and maintain my RPM, the RPM needle doesn't fluctuate. This eliminate the possibility of a faulty RPM or throttle cable.

So, I think I am going for a tuning and washing of carb and monitor the situation before stripping the engine down.

Stripping the engine is indeed expensive :sian:

i forget.

i enlisting on 5th june.

bmtc s 1.

1130am reporting hour.

They will miss you deeply and I have 7 days of missing you before I am in the same situation as you. LoL

as an ultra light bike with very small wheels, is handling badly affected by expressway riding? read that heavier bikes are stable because their less susceptible to strong winds.

btw, what's the difference between CBR125 & CBR150? aside from difference in engine capacity. can't seem to find a clear cut answer.
