And i fish tail during a corner when it was raining previously. Scared the **** out of me and I changed to battlax then after. :cheeky:

but let me disclaim first that i have racing rear suspensions and i don't stop for humps.

hows the project so far? managed to secure ur "cannister"? :lol:

 

oh btw have u noticed that with the new clutch setup, the idling became lower... well for me at least. and i had to tweak it higher again.

 

another thing to note... its seems to be harder to switch from Neutral to gear 1 when stationary. have to keep pumping the clutch....

Guys.... tried and tested... CBR is bearable to go touring... just back from Mersing and endau rompin..... my backside, shoulders and wrists are killing me but the CBR survived it all!! Best of all..... engine more or less run in already after travelling 460km over 15 hours..... Best of all.... godly FC.....

lol same, no probs for me. infact, my rpm decrease when i am going at 100.

 

last time : 7.5Krpm @ 100kmh

now : 7.5K rpm @ 110kmh.

hmm thats weird... i dont get ZR's "results"

 

the improvement for mine was... much less vibrations.

 

along expressway i glanced at the dashboard as i was doing my sweet spot.

 

WOAH. sweet spot used to be at 80 to 90. now 110 and i dont even feel a thing. BUT, the improvements are only realised at 6th gear.

 

next thing to test: FC!

yup im fine onli a little scratch and tore pants haha so is my ride juz minor outlook damage cause i ride very slow onli suay cant siam the oil cause raining cant see... they are many cases there on that corner that people buang so guys who ride at loyang lane to pls becareful aite

 

actually im using michelin pilot power 2ct very good

true if strip our bike better ride rxz which is already naked... lol i die2 did it on my off dae cause i got 4 daes MC hehehe now look like new onli white color fairing haha lazy buy spray paint got some left over spray from my SP project last time so use it on both side fairing... wat i did was sand it till smooth then putty the deep scratch spray it white and laquer it and wala new fairing...

done it already bro using michelin as stated above... any tyre will loose to oil man juz a little out of luck...

Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall,

torque is how far you take the wall with you.

haha to be honest, my fairing ain't in a good condition as well, but from the outside it sure do look okay together.

with regard to your sanding what grit sandpaper do you use?

Lube chain with EO frequently...

Use Semi synth EO.... Mobil 1 very gooood....

Our dear boys, Zong Ren (Cpt.ZR) and Willie (xbfish), will be gracing the land they call Pulau Tekong in June, where they will morph into men... or so they say. In light of this glorified passageway to manhood, I would like to gather all CBR-ians for a farewell dinner in their honour at Denga Bay. Details are as follows:

 

Event: Farewell dinner at Denga Bay

Date: 29th (Friday) or 30th (Saturday) May 2009

Time: 7pm onwards

Meet-up point: TBA

 

Things to bring:

- Bike and helmet

- Ringgit (advisable not more than 100)

- A set of rain suit for yourself (and your pillion, if applicable) in case of undesirable weather.

 

Very much like the previous A&W outing,

The recommended attire as follows:-

1) Jeans.

2) Covered shoes.

3) T-shirt & jacket / long sleeve shirts. (No singlets allowed)

4) Gloves.

5) Full face helmet.

 

Do note that the journey there could be cold and the journey back COLDER! So the above mentioned attire is best to keep warm.
