how much u got yr putty for?
any special grade/purpose stated on the container?
i may want to fix the cracked portion on my side fairing.
had the rear part of the fairing secured by fibreglass already. but the front part still have signs of the crack.

5 dollar at mustafa centre RJ brand... i recomend all RJ product very

good even for newbie can look like pro with RJ hehe

bro if u want cheap 2nd hand fairing i can help u get but must take sometime what is ur budget and what type of fairing u want the whole set izzit

by the looks i see like it can be fix cbr 125 head fairing on ours bike but need more info maybe try and get cheap 2nd hand one and try fix it to double conform anyone got any idea

i use 100 and 400 by hand, then 1K and 2K using electric sander. still can't get super shiny finish.

spraying is all about laquer... i sand it juz to make it level and make the paint stick better... when using putty u need to sand it to make it level... if ur talking about spraying

and getting a super shiny finish is actually how u play with ur laquer cause theres a trick to it hehe... 1st i ask wat type of spray paint u use brand...

i've recently switched from Nippon Pylox to RJ London. i do 4 coats, first thin, next 3 thick. it's glossy, but not as glossy as i would expect.

what do you suggest?

u did it right man RJ is the way... now what u need is to get to the next level... and that is lacquer but be wary with it cause u need to do it right or u back to square 1 and spray all over again... the trick is with lacquer u must use it where wind doesnt blow and a little dust free like ur home will help... 1st coat of clear lacquer and wait for about 30 minits and then apply the second coat of clear lacquer and leave it overnight then u get the satisfaction guaranteed but is all about patience and hard werk plus experiment ull get what u want after a few try... and how about my QNS no body wanna share come on guys anyone ever tried the cbr 125 head fairing

i duno shld i get the full fairing inclusive of the tank or not. cos i looking at the black and orange one. V nice. but pricing wise i duno and i must look at the condition of the fairings, V anal fairing buyer here.

ok, i'll try your method on my next project!

with regard to CBR125 head unit, you'll need the CBR125 metal mounting bracket, which requires you to drill an new hole in your chassis. i've not found a cheap set to DIY yet.

silver tank leave it and play with sticker with a little black and orange or wrap it with tank bra also swee will cause 100 plus for the bra though ... the fairing set should not be a problem can get 1... black head... middle fairing orange... btm fairing black... the tail orange and front fender orange what do u think okae if okae i hunt for u or u got other ideas on how u want to get the color... maybe can get it all around 100 dollars below... so ur project will cost around 200... if u considering the tank bra if not u want to play wit sticker the below hundred can get... cause is not advisable to spray tank lots of complication later

i doubt it will.

because if u change the fullset fairing inclusive of tanks, you probably dont even notice.

but if silver tank plus orange and balck fairing..

then its abit.....
