Our dear boys, Zong Ren (Cpt.ZR) and Willie (xbfish), will be gracing the land they call Pulau Tekong in June, where they will morph into men... or so they say. In light of this glorified passageway to manhood, I would like to gather all CBR-ians for a farewell dinner in their honour at Denga Bay. Details are as follows:

 

Event: What food WON'T BE LIKE in NS.

Date: 22nd (Friday), 29th (Friday), 30th (Saturday) May 2009

Time: 7pm onwards

Venue: TBA

 

Things to bring:

- Bike and helmet

- $50 per person should be sufficient

dear all,

 

pls note the gathering has been changed to a local gathering. venue will be decided again. most likely date for the gathering would be 22nd.

ZR: u go repair ur IU le ma?? my IU oso spoil le... Want to go repair tgt....

 

Sound like big motordiam... with booking system...must go outlook address book to find out all the boss and cc them hahaha...

 

 

 

i think can.... ERP started at 1998 and my bike born on 2002.... mean it born with a IU .. and IU warranty is 5 year only.... so it over le.... haha... Slim and sexy but exp wor... $150.92... second-hand i think $50 only... plus abit admin charge

 

Must I pay for the repair / replacement of my IU?

 

This is decided on a case-by-case basis

Quick question guys.... Suspect something in my handlebars are shot....

 

Last time when i rode with no hands everything is normal...

 

Now when i ride handless the handlebars start to shake violently at 6K RPM when my engine vibration is the strongest.... normal? Or something up lorry already? Use is still can use la.... Just minor discomfort.

 

Suspect:

- Engine vibration too strong cos of that **** EO, or just overhaul

- *Gasp* My handlebar steering alignment out.... or cone spoilt.... noooooooo!! Hope not man..

 

Whatever it is.... i didn't use to have this problem.... perhaps something out after i dropped the bike that time..

 

Next qn

here's what u could try...

 

look for an empty stretch of road so that u can test around...

 

pick up speed to 2nd gear... then brake using ur front only... but dont use e brake method...

 

press in hard but gradually... if u can feel it wobbling a little... then u probably have the same problem as me...

 

i'll be changing my steering cone some where in mid june... so u might want to tag along too... i'll keep u updated when im buying the parts and going in.

not enough space. so far none of the major brand fits.

 

if the steering cone is working properly, it should keep the front wheel balanced when riding with no hand....

 

thats why chris experienced the wobble when he let go of his hands... same as wad i encountered.... i dont know. i could be wrong... but thats what i think is the most likely cause.

this morning wake up, burp, got a little bit of leftover "flavour" hor..... and thats even after brushing my teeth thoroughly the night before. :dot:

question: why are you riding without your hands?

 

Cos i feel like since come back from mersing got like stronger vibration... my poor wrists still numb from that 400km marathon. So i tried handless as usual (have u forgot i'm a stunt man!! hohohoo!!) And holeeee ****.... kenny is not wobble abit... its wobble stronger than my legs after a 2.4km run!! So yeap.... one more thing to add to list.... shot steering cone.
