Will be trading in the bike at mah soon if no takers, and it'd be a waste if anyone is keen, cos they'd resell it for a much higher price

That's the irony of things....

 

Many years back I tried selling my car but nobody wanted. End up selling to dealer and happened to bump into new owner who told me the price he bought... and the dealer flipped it for an extra $8k profit. Woohoo....

 

If u really trading in... ask how much shop taking and let potential buyers gauge loh. Hopefully someone will pay more or if you don't mind same price as the trade in price.

Bike still available for sale or trade (Vespa's or MP3's much preferred).

 

Not to diss other sellers of the Bonneville, but there are two ads on the used bike page, that really don't look local, just my opinion, i could be wrong.

 

But selling for the price of 9.5K. Price greatly reduced for this modern classic. They don't make them like they used to (Carburetor models), gets you a really sweet rumble from the twin pea shooter exhausts

 

 

I totally agree with you on this. Recently SBk has been having proliferations of suspicious posts on bike sales, that have attached pics that don't even look like local registered bikes. Chances are that those are scams.

Usually no provisions of contact number or name to them. Just wondering if the mods here may start to regulate posts of bikes for sale that look dubious here, to protect genuine members here from falling for scams.
