Need help on Yamaha Spark !!!

Hi all ! I just got my license on June 26 and I'm planning to get a 1st hand Yamaha Spark by end of this month but i got a few questions i want to ask some experts.

 

1. Is there only one type of Spark or alot ?

2. Whats the difference between crutchless and crutch ?

3. Get one with crutch better or without is better ?

4. The tyre is so slim is there any choice of wider tyre ?

5. Is one seater illegal ? If kena caught what will happen ?

here's my opinion to ur querries.

 

1. there are alot(as in colours)

-black

-red

-blue

-white

-purple

-Limited ed

2. i blieve there is nt much diff. c weather u lazy or hardwrkin. also if u like crazy stunts, clutch will b more effective then clutchless.

3.clutch.

4.there is..bridgestone battlax or dunlop tt900(cheaper in m'sia)

5.i was stoped by rov twice. one is ROV5. he didn.t say any thing bout tt but jus tell me y i let my gf suffer cos we share seat.haha. bt he summon others. sighs

What is the top speed for both clutch and clutchless Spark ?

As compare to Phantom T200 , which 1 is faster ?
