07 ppl got their 07 models earliest before CNY this yr. And if im not wrong, they placed deposit in late Dec.

i dun tink there's a diff btw r1 07 n r1 08,only clr schemes like e k7 g1 n k8 g1...if follow by magazines its been tested dat k7 is faster den r1 07...on track n on street...upz for e r1.....

should b early nxt year..coz frm wat i hear dat hayabusa 08 will b parallel import by MAH MOTOR in dec,so if agent bike all 08 model should b early nxt year...

but then the k7 or k8 design make me choose r1

ya lor...dat day i run at tpe 115km kena by TP liao...lucky give warning sia...they should increased e speed limit sia or else our bike cha lat...

According to latest PB mag, K7 is faster on the straights, but the R1 pips it at Nurburgring because of better cornering speed.

yup 1st was r1 2nd was k7 3rd was cb1 4th was kawa zx 10

 

r1 gave the best timing....its was also said that it was not the best of power or handling..but it had good handling n power..

for the r1 07 n 08 are still the same only colour changes

How much difference can there be on an 08 R1 from an 07..?? Cos every year towards the end surely someone will start to ask abt the incoming year model.. But still i see the changes are minimal or none.. A 1 litre bike is still a 1 litre bike, and SG road will still have traffic light every 200-300m or so.. You only reach the next traffic light earlier to stop again.. Only place to enjoy the bike is on the racing track i guess.. N i cant think of any other improvements to be done on the current R1 when i think of 08 model..
