for that price...damn hard to find a reasonable FF liao.:cheeky:

this much is true.

the only dot and snell approved helmet i've found for under 200 so far is HJC CL-14.

dot approved but no snell for under 200 i've seen is mhr and this latest Rjays (not the one i bought).

so.... well not much choice, when i looking for budget FF for daily riding under 200.

It's true: it's more fun to ride a slow bike fast than to ride a fast bike slow. Admittedly, though... It is MOST fun to ride a fast bike fast!

better than HJC CL-14. Very snug fit with superb ventilation. weighs 1.5kg. PSB approved, but no dot or snell.

I never really liked HJC.. The gap between my nose & the front is a bit too far. Either that or my head is too small la...

But I'll still stick to my Aeroblade tho...

perhaps not the dot/snell test, but the PSB test and the australian safety test (it has the silver australian sticker similar to PSB).

ah well. mebbe they haven gotten round to sending it for testing yet coz just released.

anyhoo.....

unfortunately i cannot disclose the amount or the source of this jacket as its a 'strictly lobang' onli....

but shiok now my Rjay's take out armor use for daily riding, and this new armoured textile shall be exclusive track....

btw my lobang originally wanted to sell this design of armoured textile jacket

everyone i noe all oso say HJC the mouth gap too far. but at 180 kind of price.... not easy to find better, except maybe MHR.

but the Rjays model that was going for 160 the mouth gap is like HJC. this one i bought one a little better.

i onli wonder why is it nobody can make 'Shoei' shape but with material and features worth under $200. cannot be round shape like Shoei wih the perfect Asian shape mouth piece too expensive to produce. all the shoei and arai is expensive coz of material, construction and features wat.

hock hock u using 2ct now right?

it is gd??

I just got it changed yesterday at i-motoring for $420. Yes, finally, LOL. Worksmanship is good i would say. Careful handling of my bike, wheel, rim, etc. Changed the tyres and removed the weights BEFORE balancing the wheel. I have been to HKL and their balancing is ......

Thumbs up for the worksmanship for that kind of affordable price. I have experience myself how HKL did and saw how LAB did. Think most riders know. Only thing is that i had to wait 2 hours for the despatch to delivery the tyres. Mechanics are pretty friendly too, warn me to check the tyre pressure immediately as their pressure gauge is not accurate. It's a must for me too. After tyres is changed, it's either ridiculously high/low pressure. True enough, it was on very low pressure but i was glad it was not on high side. Even the salesman that pushed my bike out warn me about the fresh rubbers.

Can't comment much on the grip. Rode home like a ******. I tried a little pylon slalom style though and the feel is great. Respond is good and it steer like a snake. Very gradual and smooth yet fast. Looking forward to more rides....

I changed my sprocket last 2 weekend. If I manage to get a new rubber this weekend, got high chance can join the gang to test ride. Trying to experiment with different sprocket sizes now. Been itching for track...

... but just hope it doesn't flood in M'sia...:bouncefire:

hi guys, the right way to pump ur tyres issit when tyres are warmed to operating temp, or any temp also can?

Pump pressue when tyres are cold. Not very possible for most of us though, so the next best thing to do is to ride straight to petrol station and add slight pressure to the intended pressure u want to compensate for the warm air.
