I set 1 1/2 AIR full turn after overhaul carburator at skudai jb on 26 june 2014

 

rpm around 1200rpm

suspect 2 nuts leaking oil - NO. It was oil seal from LHS

change whole oil seal set use Honda EX5 cause leaking oil

change Honda EX5 mudflap

adjust valve clearance

2 tyres air pump

New rider to c70. Hope someone can share more on their experience with their c70. Eg: where to get parts(sg and jb) and where to rebuild at a good price. Or maybe someone can organise outing one day?

well done. this bike FL c70 looks like got ex5 pipe or maybe faito racing. the meter panel screen yellowish. U can change the plastic piece RM 4

Hi there,

 

letting go my newly rebuild C70D because i have another new bike coming in.

 

All parts are new and bike has been overhauled. Coe till April 2023 and its renewable for another 10 years. Bike is running like a dream and can hit 75kmph without any issue.

inside contact point ( patinum ) cover got one big o-ring and oil seal

both must be good condition or else leak engine oil directly from timing chain and roller

 

I changed both to genuine Honda
