Got an accident on 25th MAY. Incident happen, went parking at parking-lot kana hit by a parking bike that park beside my bike.

 

Wait for the bike owner back to collect his bike, and ask for his Particular..

The bike owner claim that his bike also been hit by another partly that already not there.(Run Away). I request him to write in a black & white.

 

And written Claim that " dun know how do the owner bike hit on Leo bike, when after finish his work time to goes home to collect bike, and said Leo request to claim againt his insurance. Should be someone sitting on onwer bike and cause the bike to drop and hit on leo bike..

 

Then I went to Idac for a report and after bring to bikeshop for repaired witness by the owner insurance surveyor and take some photo at bikeshop...

 

Now the case is. The owner insurance reject my claimed and a reason given was.. It not the owner fault to cause his bike to fall or drop on my bike.. And the claim is not approved ...

 

" What can I do? I really want to get claim againt them and to Win this case..

Bro.. Think u have to fork out money to pay for the repair liao.. Cuz the guy who drop the bike on ur bike is also a victim of this accident thus insurance is rejecting ur claim.. If u wan to win this case, unless there's eye witness, otherewise is quite hard.. Happen to me last time, But too bad no eye witness, so lan lan pay for the repair..

I have taken some photo, But the owner bike is in main-stand already..

His one balances and padlock is on the floor, also take a photo on his bike handle-bar without the balances and one with..

Meaning some one has lifted up his bike after dropping it.. He also have to lan lan pay for his repair..

But the issue is, why we cant get the claim againt him? His bike is in fault to hit on leo bike. Also there's proof by taking Photo..

His bike IS NOT at fault. The person who dropped his bike is at fault. Anyway, from my understanding, you only have a picture of his bike after it has been lifted. You have no proof that that fellow caused the damage on your bike. Do note that his bike was damaged too.

 

If you want to pursue this, a civil suit is your only option. But it will be an excercise in futility.
