Parking on Pavement

Hi, just a quick question.

I was just beside my bike talking to a friend but my bike was on a pavement.

TP on bike rode past stopped about 25-30metres in front right before the traffic light.

He got off and took out a pen and took down some note, then rode off.

I didn't notice if he was looking at my plate.

Will I get summon for parking on pavement if he didn't issue me a ticket?

Will the summon get mailed to me?

Yep, or you can wait till next day and check online or AXS machine, it would be faster than waiting for the summon to arrive.

yup very sure it's TP cause he's wearing the uniform and it's a TP plate on his bike. not LTA though.
