i think it's good, provided you have the tool to screw it..

 

but if you have the tools, others can have the tools too.. it's just a extra step of deterence you can do to prevent theft..

Actually, i feel that do so much 2 prevent theft iz nt really useful. Cover up wif bikecover iz still ur best bet. Cos if the guy cant steal what he wans, he might just 'topple' ur bike... Then u also sian, cos suffer damage..
