Hi, i just found out Mount Faber is actually quite a nice place to corner.

It's ulu, one way only road and best of all no humps...

 

At the entrance is a uphill consisting of many left and right corners that can be taken at high speed if there's no car crawling infront. Then towards the exit at the other end is a downslope consisting of many short and long bends. Just take note that after the first few corners downslope, there is a 3/4 hairpin.

 

It's really a nice place to ride... Just becareful and take it slow the first few times...

yeah .. I tried that last nite but not at high speed. If Im not wrong that downhill leading to the Petrol Kiosk ?

Erm... i think there is only 1 way up and 1 way down... after u exit u will reach a T-junction. Maybe didnt notice the petrol kiosk.

 

When going up, it's possible and safer to go higher speed as the brakes are more effective. Also the bends are more predictable than those at downslope. Even dun go high speed, drag gear in that kind of surrounding also shiok... haha, watch too much "kenshi-sushiya" racing video liao...

Cornering is fun but be careful with pillion. U might feel full of confident but wat abt yur pillion (gf)? He/she might make a slight move and the consequence may unpredictable... :cheer:

hey..there's also another IBP at Changi..hmm..ard Expo..dunno exactly where but went there once...bigger track but i prefer IBP at Jurong..tha road r more smoother...once in a while can feel like riding at race tracks..hahahahahahaha...
