Offence for riding lay up bike

Hi everyone, Im here to enquire on what are the consequences for riding a lay up bike and how much will I get fine other than license revoke? Please advise.

Sorry to ask but how sure are you? And until now the IOS hasn't call us back for a statement taking. So was wondering how to make it short and simple so that this matter can faster finish

Driving/using/allowing usage of a de-registered vehicle
