the JB is where I was hit by a reversing car in JB...

 

now his claims that bang him from behind... i taken a look at his report, young boy (1988) with only 5 months on the road experience...

 

the claim department executive told me that from his experience, it will be a 50%-50% case... both side will try to settle at 50% of the responsibility.

 

but i am not happy with 50%, i want his side to pay 100% of mine and my side will pay 0% to him... looks like this will eventually become a court case cos i very buay song...

erm.. to be honest.. 100% a bit hard lah.. maybe 90% 10%.. though i'm not really sure wat has happen.. but i think u should not be paying at all..

if like tat cause accident and say not enough experience.. then why we cannot say "since he is a new driver.. are u trying to tell me tat new drivers have the rite to cause accident and get some previliages? if tats the case, are u also trying to tell me tat punishment is not tat harsh for new drivers? if tat is so, i do not agree. new drivers should get heavier punishment as who knows they will take it for granted and may in future risk more precious lifes.."
