me jus came back from pumping petrol in m'sia. first time in, but dunno why so suay, going in jam like @#%@^#!!! think got about half an hour sia... went down to petronas, nearly kena a few potholes along the way, so dangerous one.. and and m'sia petrol soooooo cheap!!! singapore $10 only pump like 2 bar. m'sia pump $10 can go full tank!!! btw, vtec tank how many Litre huh? then reserve how many litre?

nope, went by the causeway. dunno why got such a jam at that hour. since no DIY, i gonna do my own bike maintainence today.

Well, malaysians will start to come in at around 3:30-4am therefore the jam. Best timing to go into JB would be 2am to 2:30am.

yeah, nowadays the jam very unpredictable... sometime even after midnite already still jam... last nite go in around 11.30... straight all the way to JB...

eh, so when is the next DIY man? no one organising? i jus went to enquire bout doing a clear laquer airbrush layer over my side panel, the one with the cb400 sticker, gues how much they quoted? $100 PER PANEL for 3 layers, $30 per panel for ONE LAYER!!! @#$^@#$&!@#%^$ WTF man... i can do a whole rim job with $100. and u thought those shops doing paint jobs were trying to chop us! btw, it's the model shop at bras besar complex. i heard the price i walked straight out. :mad:

Equipment: will provide oil filter opener, spark plug opener.

** take note as it is not at LAB, bring all those u need to change**

 

Equipment needed for header make over

For those who are interested to know what are the things you'll need, here it is:

 

-Sand paper (preferably cloth type as will come in touch with water. Cloth type will not tear)

-Water

-High temp Spray

-Newspaper (like posted, you'll need quite alot. For spraying purposes)

-4 rubber bands (to keep the headers socket in place. Don't know what you call that also. Luan Pong one, but bring extra loh... maybe 8.)

-trash bag (throw your rubbish)

-Mp3 player/board games/card games/radio etc for entertainment while waiting.

-Cloth. Once header is out, your exhuast will dangle there and will hit your pillion stand. Leave a cloth there to prevent scratching.

1. EO change

2. Oil filter

3. Spark Plug

4. Clean air filter

5. Flush coolant

6. Sponge black the header by xbox80

andrew, I am interested to change EO. but where to dispose the waste oil and , I need 3.2litres, so I am getting 4 bottles? and any1 know how to tighten the chain?

eo we can pour back into the empty container. then go bike shop throw/put there. yup 4 bottles will do. then the balance can keep for the next change however are u change ur filter else 3L will do. then it will be 3bttle.

 

chain i got the tools to tighten can help u then.
