u dont need high temp for that. try get metal mesh.. plastice 1 will have a hard time like me. dimension is about 27.5 16.5 i guess. u measure urself 1st. i might mix up the 6 and 7.

i know what you can spray....

 

Your Taz...on the middle of the wire mesh should look very "special" and would certainly be a 'head-turner'.

would look more fierce than whisperer's "fire hose".Lol!

hey dudes... how dya guys remove the middle header nuts? seems quite inaccessible... do u have to remove the "block" in the middle? dunno how to explain but its attached the chassis...

I ride at 70km/hr only...please please dont blow2 at me or overtake me dangerously....wait i change into Incredible Hulk n dont know why my little baby bike will always be ahead of u if u do that

for wrapping, i use a rubber kind of material which u can find at IKEA. got blue 1 i think.. my gf said de.

using a type of glue where u have to apply to both surface and let it dry for 5 to 30 min. and stick them together

as for the sticker "DIABLO" i got it from the EXPO.. free 1. and paste it inside of the rubber wrapping :cheeky:

 

u can spray the elmo easily.. but the wording.. is kinda hard. dont think its that easy to do on wire mesh. coz of the gap. the letter need to be thick.

As for the wordings, i think so too... any ideas where you can improve? Anyone did cartoons on their mesh yet? Find it abit kiddy tho... but after suggesting to gf, she insist on having it on... now i can't change my mind.. whahaha
