injury cos badminton use a lot wrist rite? if tennis freaking use wrist cfm + chop the wrist cik tio! LOL!

 

last time i play table tennis 1 so go play badminton like easier to get used to, tennis quite hard even tho the name more link with table tennis la hahah....

 

yup. cos tennis used arm strength more than wrist. If incorrectly used the wrist, there will be permanent injury. Thats what happens to me sianz hahaha.

=.= sorry encik... HAHAHAHA i kana Guard of Honour liao. So far i dun feel any honour but burned weekends for the parade. Sad rite. From feb all the way till NDP leh. Wa liew i wanna cry... somemore i dunno why they select me. Knn not handsome ppl go in one meh???

that was 6 years ago. Where Armour got the Best Army from Commandos hohoho... Ya cos i think somewhere March or April is SAF day. It sux.... BIG TIME. So every year please try not to miss NDP especially the marching and the show part. It really takes alot of effort for those guys to do a 2 hours show. Or should be 30 mins march.

You're right...I nvr miss NDP since (can't rembr how long ago)..especially the parade segment...jus thrill to see the GOH perform the drills...

 

I was personally invovled in 2000 & 2005, looking aft the Mobile column..man..how satisfying to see the column drive past the president wihout any glitches... I guess you'll feel the same aft the parade..

sighz sians dun wanna talk abt my NDP. Did you knw that our year there was a MAJOR screw up on the actual day? Damn farked up... The command for down arms broke over the PA system. And thus everyone blurr. End up all sibei sad. All these effort for a screwed up actual day. But the Pre NDP was good la so ok la an experience. And im the only one who did iron my No.1 :p hahaha and got screwed anyway Hahahaha...

Ya I noe wat you mean...there was a year when I was watching the parade from City Hall itself (doing duty). The PC miss one command for the 3 volley and instead gave the command to down arms....ooooohhh...you can imagine the rest....

i think you are talking abt the year im at the NDP.... sucky... I think its year 2002. aiyah bo bian one la. Armour SAB got Best Army ma so confirm the march not as Kilat as commandos hahaha... but the feeling to see Armour in whites is Woooo shiok. But sorry to the reds Hahaha...
